​How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order, fill the cart with your desired items and follow the prompts to checkout. We have designed a smooth and painless transaction process geared towards your security and comfort. 



 

Payment & Shipping

Taxes for required states and shipping are calculated upon check out and based on state requirements and USPS shipping fees. 

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We offer secure payment processing on all orders. None of the information used to set up your account or process an order is ever shared or used for any purpose aside from necessary processes to complete your order and/or return. 



 

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer size exchanges as all orders are printed upon order and to the specifications submitted by each customer. We also do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind regarding the purchase. However, if there's a mistake with the received product please email moreinfo@cascadevirtual.com and include your name, order number and photos illustrating the issue and we'll look into it. If the error is deemed a mistake on our part we'll offer a solution.
